Rachel's mum is expecting; so is Rachel's cat! Baby brother Harry and three new kittens arrive almost simultaneously, but it is, of course, Harry that Rachel is concerned about. Will he want all my toys? Will mum and dad still love me? After Harry's arrival, mum doesn't have much time for Rachel, but adjustments are made and honest explanations given as to why Harry needs so much help. Rachel learns to enjoy her brother. Gordon's clever, splodgy illustrations stop just short of total chaos, and baby, Rachel and the kittens merge happily into the family.
