Tim wakes up with a sore throat, so mum makes an appointment at the Health Centre. Dr Sims finds that Tim has an ear infection too, and medicine is prescribed which mum locks safely away in a cupboard. That evening Topsy refuses her tea, and it is dad this time who takes her to the Health Centre for more medicine. Topsy and Tim are such old favourites that children respond to them readily.
